The iPhone 5S I am using is updated to the newest iOS but it often/sometimes turns off and On by itself. What is the reason and how to solve this problem?

Can you please explain what do you mean turn off/on itself? Maybe you are getting a push notification? Or you mean literally the phone is turning off like a reset?

Could be a third party application causing the springboard to crash.
