Just came home from the N Michigan Ave Apple store in Chicago. Was the first person in line, they have no Gold iPhones of any kind, and do not expect any more shipments until Monday. They had 4 Verizon models in Silver (16gb) and the rest were all 64gb Space Gray. Pretty much all they have for most carriers is Space Gray.
They did confirm that they will be turning on the store pickup on Monday as others have reported. I got 2 of the silver 16gb models (Verizon).
