iPhone 5s Back Housing Replacement - IMEI issue?

Hi everyone,

I dropped my iphone 5s last week, and as a result dented the back housing on the top right corner of the phone, whilst everything else (screen etc) seems to be fine.

My question is, if I go to a iPhone repair shop and get the back housing replaced (such as this one : http://iphone-surgery.co.uk/), what issues can stem from the back housing being replaced, as the IMEI is engraved there?

I am asking because I am planning to sell the iPhone through eBay.
