After having my 5s for a couple weeks, the glass on the back seems to be scratching relatively easily. Does anyone know of a screen protector sort of thing but for the back? Recommendations would be great! Also if you know of any for the rim around the iphone would be great too! Thank you.

Yes my packaging is blue. Mine just feels smooth. Not complaining about it tho.
 
have a look at icarbon, I used a two tone one on the back only of an iPhone 5 and was very happy with it all year.

The back is aluminium. Last iphone to have class on the back was the 4s
 
Just put a ZAGG back protector on my 5S (wet install), although I'm upset with the coverage around the camera. A lot of glass is still exposed and it's cut too small, so there is a gap at the bottom glass portion... might switch over the best skins ever eventually, the coverage on BSE is amazing.

Ya, I'm talking about the glass at the top and bottom, but the aluminium is scratching easily too.

Ahh yeah about those. Is that glass, I thought it was plastic.

I assume you do not want a case?

I am using the new Apple leather ones. Excellent fit and feel, without adding too much bulk.

Go the black though, I have a red one and it really starting to show dirt.... Apple even warns you on the pack that it will "wear"
 
I used the ZAGG invisible shield on my 5 and didn't have any issues with it. Say what you will about zagg but I've been using the IS since 09 and it's a great product.
For my 5s I went with the brown leather case from Apple and the IS HD on the front. I'm sure that in a few months I'll get rid of the case completely and move to the IS for the back as well.

I bought these exactly for the reason you mention. The plastic edges on the back are very prone to scuffing, and the Skinomi prevents this from happening. It also comes with screen and side protection as well. No problem with fit or quality from my experience. Skinomis are fine, not to mention inexpensive.

This is a gold skin I purchased off eBay and I gotta say it was a perfect setup it contoured to the phone better than expected and was precision cut.It is a skintight wrap and am eBay search for (matte skin wrap sticker gold silver iPhone 5s)will pop it up
