iPhone 5s battery case - with screen protection?

Hi,

I have an iPhone 5s, with which I use an otterbox defender case. Recently I've noticed the battery is draining more quickly, so I've been looking for a battery case. I can't find one though which covers the screen, and gives as much drop/bump protection as the otterbox. I work on building sites, so need something that'll give decent dust protection.

Any ideas? The otterbox ion case looks great - but there doesn't seem to be a iPhone 5 version.
