Iphone 5s Blue/Red Screens

Has anyone else with a 5s experienced this? 16GB 5s with ATT - I was watching a youtube video with approx 17% battery life and the phone screen went completely blue and went into the boot logo repeatedly. Once I did a hard reset it turned back on into a now red screen. After I plugged into the computer and put into DFU I did a restore as new phone and its been ok ever since but I'm curious if it'll happen again once my battery runs low. After some searching it seems like this did in fact happen with the 5 but I haven't read any instances of this with the 'S'.

EDIT: Not sure if this is a phone or IOS 7 issue...

I have the 64GB space gray model and experienced a random blue screen then shut off after looking at the numbers app. However it restarted just once and was good. This has happened 3 times. Its not a huge inconvenience, and I am convinced that it is a 7.0.X software issue since it happens rarely with only certain apps.
