iPhone 5s bogs down and goes to apple screen

I have a launch day 5s and for the past 4 days, I'll be surfing on safari or listening to iTunes Radio and the phone will bog down and nothing will be usable and the phone will flash the apple logo for a few seconds and kicks me out of the app. Has anyone experienced this? Should I go to the apple store and get it checked out?

Mine has done it 3 times. Once just after unlocking the phone while Waze was running in the background and the other two times it just locked up during normal usage (in the Camera App and Safarai, I think). In Settings -> General -> About -> Diagnostics & Usage -> Diagnostics & Usage Data there are tons of crash reports, mostly from pasteboardd (5-10 times per day). Also from Waze, SpringBoard, stacksmediaserverd, stacksMobileCal, stacksSpringBoard and MobileSMS.

1.5 weeks ago I backed up my device in iTunes, erased all content and settings and then restored from the backup I had just made. Some apps still occasionally crash and I have a few low memory logs but I haven't had a single device/springboard crash or pasteboardd crash log since.

My Springboard just crashed again and took me to the Apple logo. I was in the App switcher and had just removed the Scout GPS app by dragging it's page upwards.

And my System Log said the following:
