iPhone 5S business account order.

I ordered at 0800 on the 20th (as soon as business accounts could). The order status had said awaiting inventory until yesterday when it changed to Completed. For shipper and tracking information it just says NA. I was thinking that completed was meaning it was shipped but with no tracking info it doesn't seem it was. I was wondering if anyone had any insight or had a business line with any additional info. Thank you.

Was this through the VZW Business Account manager? I ordered through it on the 27th (32GB Space Grey), and obviously still says "Awaiting Inventory". I was curious as to what steps it would go through until shipping. My original order acknowledgement e-mail says that they'll e-mail when it ships, whenever that'll be...

I ordered through the business site... The shipment info showed up earlier today, about 24 hours after the status changes to completed. Thanks.
