Hello, I've made an account to ask a question about my iPhone.
I received an iPhone 5S in February, and until recently it has been working fine. I took a phone call today, and the phone began heating up rapidly. There was a large amount of interference in the background too. Once the call was finished (it lasted around 10 minutes) the battery had dropped by around 20%.

I have turned the phone on and off, sent and taken calls, and still there is interference and rapid heating.
I downloaded the Lookout security app, and it says there are no malicious applications running.
I (stupidly) answered a call from an unknown number earlier in the week, and a friend has begun to worry me that my phone may be bugged.

What should I do?

If you bought it new, you should still have a warranty. Take it to an Apple store.
