I recently visited my local apple store this past weekend and purchased the iPhone 5s dock and went home and discovered it didn't work with my phone oddly enough, it wouldn't charge at all or even sense that my phone was plugged in, went back the next day and exchanged it for a new one and the same thing happened, went back an hour later and talked to a sales person and had them open up a Belkin charge and sync dock and test it out with my phone in store before I left, and left a happy customer because the Belkin dock worked perfectly, what concerns me is I had two defective docks or something wrong with my phone and also they would just take my opened docks that I exchanged and just put them back on the selves without even seeing if the dock was in the box or if anything was missing, has anyone had this problem with one of apples docks?
