iPhone 5S found nick in bezel

I just got my iphone 5s exchanged due to a dead pixel and today I received my brand new iphone and guess what ? A nice nick near the top right antenna...
The display seems fine to me and also everything else is good. Only this freakin nick. I'm wondering if "scuffgate" is still a common problem on iphone 5/5s ?

Keep it or exchange it again ?

Next time please put the "gate" closer to the top of the post or in title so I can skip it.

Not this again..
It's your phone. If you don't like it return it, if you don't mind it then keep the phone.
My refurbished unit came with a much bigger nick in the same spot and I kept it because I don't really care.
