iPhone 5S - Global LTE chip?

If you all notice something fantastic happened with the latest version of the iPad & iPad Mini LTE version.. specifically models: A1460 and A1455, respectively.

They are as close as you can get to GLOBAL LTE devices:

To me this would be the biggest step forward to have the same chip in the new iPhone 5S... and make me a convert on the spot.

The chips are almost ready, I think Qualcomm said mid 2013. If the 5S comes in June, it may just barely miss this time. But if not the 5S then the 6 for sure.

Qualcomm is getting there. Samsung says their S4 has many LTE bands, but it's not 100% confirmed
