iPhone 5s iCloud locked

Hello guys,

I have found iPhone 5s and now it's locked from iCloud. It asks me to type 4-numbers PIN and it's in lost mode. I found it in different country than I live and didn't have a lot of time to bring it to Police. Is it possible to do something that I could use this phone?

You can make time to take it to the police and explain the situation.

Nobody is going to help you unlock a stolen/missing iPhone.

It cannot be unlocked unless the original owner releases it from his icloud account or he gives you his apple ID and password.
Besides that its a useless brick.
