IPhone 5S Line in Jack distorion / overdrive

When I plug headphones or Audio Speakers into the line in jack of my IPhone 5S the sound gets heavily distorted once you get over 50% Volume.

To make things even worse, when I call someone it's totally loud at the first 10% of volume.

Anyone else got this problem? I already Reset All Settings and updated to latest IOS yesterday.
