Ok so when my phone switches from LTE to 4G/3G nothing will work. The same thing happens to my wife's 5c. I am on AT&T network and it appears my phone must be on LTE for it to work. Siri won't work either. Anybody else having issues?

As an experiment I disabled wifi and LTE so my phone connected to 4G only (tho on t-mobile, not AT&T) and everything, including Siri, continued to work fine.
Good luck figuring it out!
I tried this too just now and it works in my house. Out in town and it doesn't work.
