Hi-just want to end my contract with AT&T and want to know if I could use the iPhone with pay as you go

Also if I do the ETF will they unlock it after I pay ?

What are my options if I do the ETF ?

Yes, they'll unlock it once the ETF is paid.

The AT&T people will tell you, "you don't have to unlock it in order to use Pay-Go!" it's true but don't listen to them.

In fact don't tell them you are interested to use AT&T PayGo, just tell them you are breaking the subsidy, pay EFT, get your receipt and immediately ask them to unlock it, THEN you can do whatever you want.

AT&T's PayGO not the cheapest but they do give you the best data rate, not throttled.
