I noticed that when setting up my new iPhone 5S that in the Passcode section it only accepts the Simple Passcode method and there is no option to create a longer and more complex passcode.
Therefore, I would tap on "Don't Setup Passcode" or "Setup Passcode Later" option and then after the setup has been completed, then I would go into the passcode options and from there DISABLE Simple Passcode.
I don't know why Apple only has the Simple Passcode option during the setup phase of its devices.
So is there any way to setup a longer passcode option during the Setup as New iPhone?
