iPhone 5s RAM memory?

Hey guys, I couldn't find any information about the new iPhone RAM memory chip..
It will be disappointing if it's the same amount of gigs like the iPhone 5 and 5c (1GB RAM)
So...anybody knows?

Per the very detailed Anandtech review, the 6 is likely the target for a RAM bump.
