Has anyone else been having an issue lately with the iPhone randomly changing the time on them? I live in Minneapolis (Central), and twice this morning, my phone has randomly changed itself to the "Etc/GMT+5" time zone in iOS, swinging the clock ahead an hour.

After the first time, I turned automatic time changes off and on again and that seemed to do it, however, it just did it again.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks!

I could be very wrong cuz this is just a guess.. But I remember reading a while back, that some places in central US don't do the time change because of their location (no fall back, spring forward type of thing). Now I'm not sure if Minneapolis falls under that category or not. But maybe your time changed automatically with the time change, and if you cross a certain border it reverts back?

Like I said, just a guess! Don't hate/judge me :)
