iPhone 5s reception

Any chance the reception on the 5s is better than on the 5? I have almost no reception at my house from AT&T. This changed sometime after the 5 came out. I use an M cell but it only works in half of my house and coming and going from my house my phone is useless.

I have noticed no difference in reception from 5 to 5s. However, I am on Verizon.
