iPhone 5s screen popped out!

So today, I dropped my iPhone 5s on a rock floor without a case on it. The only thing protecting my phone was a screen protector. When I picked up the phone it seemed fine except for some dents and marks around the phone. Later I saw that the screen was starting to pop out on the right side! It stood up from the bezel quite a lot. I popped the screen back in again and everything is working fine. Should I worry about anything now? Or can I just go on and forget this? And yes, I will from now on use a case.

Put on an leather apple case, same thing happened to mine when i had the case on but didn't drop it. Don't tell them and say you just had the case on. The case is tight on the screen and mine like came almost all the way off. They will most likely replace it for free.
