iPhone 5S sound quality bad

I have an iPhone 5S and the quality is bad on the recipients end. On my end it is fine. Anyone else have this problem?

More & more people started complaining to me about my bad quality on my end lately since I got my 5S. I'm doing a software wipe tonight but have an appointment @ the apple store tomorrow evening for this problem.

Everything else on my phone is great...my power button does have a little looseness so hopefully that gets resolved as well...
