Hello,

I own iPhone 5S, iPOD classic 160GB 7gen...
...
My iPhone 5S speakers are louder (as expected) but...
when i listen using earPods, iPhone is much lower in sound..

..
Test made....
..
Same song...
loud, crisp and clear on iPOD classic
low sound and high bass on iPhone 5S.

Is this normal ?
Should i visit apple store ?

I have an over the ear headset, sound is much lower when used, and in order to get the sound level raised to hear, I had to increase the sound level button on the iPhone itself when the music is on. Have you done this ?

Same when using SIRI. While siri is talking, I had to increase the sound level using the iPhone sound level buttons.

Just a thought

Wasn't meant to be funny suggestion. Some people are unaware of doing this. Next time OP, try to understand people respond with a suggestion that is not meant to be LOL, and are trying to help.

I didn't meant to be rude mate...
..
I thought it's obvious to try full volume, before you post your problem..
apes from indus valley can do this too.

Its mostly obvious to many, but some nubies need a little hand holding. Even when some have issues with the sound, and some members reply by saying did they take off the invisible screen protector before activating when they first got the phone :D. Thank you for the clarification. Hope it works out for you ;)
