iPhone 5s - Still no NFC?

I don't think I've seen anywhere that has mentioned NFC being a feature in the iPhone 5s. That is curious to me, because I really thought Apple would be looking to further develop Passbook as a point of sale payment system. I was mildly looking forward to that, and thought that the fingerprint sensor would be able to mesh well in providing security for such a payment system. Oh well...I guess I will have to keep carrying physical credit/debit cards.
