i have an iPhone 5S, several times i have experienced blue screen and stuck in restart loop in past two years and a hard reset helps me to bring it back to normal. Recently, the same thing happened and the hard reset doesn't work. I tried to restore it from iTunes and it shows erro (9) and stuck recovery mode (connect to iTunes).
I have updated my mac, iTunes and even changed the cable none of it helped me. And I need your help.
