iPhone 5S T-mobile is unlocked?

I want to but the 5S unlocked ($649) but it only shows a T-mobile contract free model. Unlike the 5c where there is a unlocked sim free model.

Is this same version unlocked and able to activate with any gsm sim card?

Yes when buying it from the Apple Store this phone is unlocked and works with other carriers
