I don't understand how, it's a phone, I still have 6GB free on my 16GB iPhone 4S

It's pretty easy to use the space on the phone: some GPS apps use a few GBs of space, some games use over 1GB, HD video, lots of music (my music is in lossless format, so at least 3-400MB per album), etc.

Now, not everybody needs lots of storage, but i know i do. :D

I like. And a decade ago they said it wasn't possible...

And it wasn't then.

Although if the phones started with 32GB, that would be a great feature

Even if I only had my music collection on there I'd have ~500MB free on my 64GB. Besides, that's not what the iPhone is billed as, if you're giving me a iPod that came make calls and surf the internet then give me enough space to actually use it for what it's designed for.

I'm with you. Lossless is the way to go.

128GB iPod touch and iPhone's will kill the iPod classic.

They will bring the iPhones and iPods into line with the storage capacity of the iPads.

Plus it help differentiate the 5S from the 5C.

the pics may be fake but I believe this will happen.
