iPhone 5s Touch ID flicker

When I use Touch ID, often times the date/time flickers into the home screen animation instead of a smooth transition. Not a huge issue, but an annoying bug nevertheless. Has anyone else noticed this?

Ive noticed this as well but on a couple different phones. I'm assuming its standard across the board

This is happening to my phone, but it happens every time I use Touch ID, and I find it annoying. I called Applecare about it and they claim it's the function of the device. I'm also having problem with the touch ID working about 50% of the time. For some reason I keep getting silver ones with issues. I think I'm going to exchange it for a gold one
