Iphone 5s Tweaking

Hey I bought my mom and Iphone 5s to replace her 4s and when she went to set it up through her computer she clicked set up as new instead of restore from back up and now all her apps etc have not transferred. I have tried every way to import her old phone into her new one it keeps leaving out apps etc.... Help she is flying out tomm and I am trying to help her out

Right click her iPhone and select "Restore from backup". You'll then have the option to restore it from her 4S backup. Or you could fully restore her iPhone to start from the beginning.

Still won't transfer most info how to I reset to phone to out of the box setting?

Restore it in iTunes.

If the apps aren't saved in her iTunes, then they won't be restored with the backup. It only keeps the data from them, not the app itself.

However, she can download them again, without having to pay for anything again. They stay in her iTunes account.
