iPhone 5S - two slow-mo parts in one video?

I was watching this video review of the 5S and in the example video from 8:57 onwards, theres a clip where it slows down, speeds back up again and then slows down again, but in the same clip.

I thought you could only have one slow motion bit per video? Is this actually possible or is it just clever editing?
