iPhone 5S Unlocked - Looking for Lost/Stolen Insurance

I just received my iPhone 5S 64GB Unlocked version, purchased through the Apple Store. My provider is AT&T, but I purchased the T-Mobile version as it was the only one that is unlocked.

I am looking for insurance that will cover the iPhone if it is lost/stolen and had a few questions.

1. Will AT&T sell me their insurance for this iPhone?
2. Which company do you know sells insurance that will cover a lost/stolen iPhone.
