Anandtech wrote that 64-bit processor should use more RAM than 32-bit, but in iPhone 5S Apple didn't raise it. Do you have problem with it? Especially compared to iPhone 5?

It's not the processor itself using more RAM, it's apps that are 64bit that will use more RAM (if programmed to)

In reality, there will be no issues with RAM on the 5s.
