iPhone 5s wake button issue?

Received my white iPhone 5s yesterday and my wake button when pushed will act like it's coming on for half a second then turn back black and have to be pushed again. It has done it three times yesterday and once so far today. Has anyone else had this happen? Thank you for your replies.
