Problem as per title. I can solve the problem by resetting network settings but it usually comes back in a week or so. Should i go for an exchange with Apple instead?

what iOS version are you on. i think there were wifi issues with early 7.0.X releases.

hows your modem? connecting to wifi just means your connected to the router. if your internet connection itself is flaky, your modem could be cutting out.

This happened to me quite a lot when I first updated to iOS7 on my 4S, best thing to do is go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset network settings!

Restart your phone and try again, If not unplug your router and reset the settings on the phone again and try to connect again!
