iPhone 5S wifi issue in the AM

I have noticed since 8.0 came out I have a very slow connection via wifi when I wake up. I have to normally turn off wifi and just use LTE because its so slow. I do not really have any wifi issues other than in the morning. I connect to a 5ghz signal and the router is in the same room. Anyone have this issue? I do not have icloud or itunes backup on so its not still doing that and I don't see any apps still updating.. very strange. Phone must be doing something at night that is making it hang

Have you tried deleting your connection with your WiFi and starting it all over again?
