Hi, I don't know if anyone else has spotted this, or if it has been posted before. But on the Apple UK site, if you look on the new Supplier Responsibility section, you can see a worker in the production line handling what looks like a yellow aluminium iPhone 5 frame. I don't know if this is just a production wrapping, but the color looks fairly similar to the yellow/green iPod Touch 5th gen. Take a look:

Its clearly an iPhone because of the volume buttons, but what makes me believe that it is just like an edge tape during production is the color of the volume buttons, wouldn't they also be yellow? The Black iPhone's buttons are slate in color. Also, the one that she is holding is silver just below the buttons.

The volume buttons appear to be silver though (white i5?). Interesting, but I just can't see Apple producing yellow, pink, or green iPhones any time soon.

They actually don't appear to be silver. The photo is too blurred to make this out.if you mean the part just above the workers thumb, this is too low down the device to be volume buttons

The phone in the background definitely has silver buttons.

That is really a good news if iPhone 5S will be available in Pink color. And then I will buy one for my girlfriend. She likes Pink.

It would make sense to make them the same colors of the iPod Touch, and include existing black and white iPhone colors as well.

If this is true and they are going to have colors this time, I think they will sell a ton, I know a lot of people who have the new touch and most are females and have the Pink ones, but I think this would be a good thing, only question becomes which is the most popular and the least popular?

One thing is for certain the old Black and White just is not cutting it anymore with everything around us going to many phones in multiple colors, will be interesting to see what happens at the WWDC in June.

I don't know if this is proof or not. But it would be interesting if Apple did offer the iPhone in the same colors as the iPod touch. I wouldn't buy anything other than black, but it would be nice for others to have the option.

This is interesting, but I don't think that what you are looking at is protective tape. I mean to me it looks like the inside of the phone is black. So that would mean it is a black model, as when anodizing it would not be 2 different colors on the inside and out. It would be the whole of the metal part. So seeing as the whole inside is black I don't think this is a picture of a yellow phone.

It is an interesting thought though, and I like the color!

Personally, I think it's nothing. In the image below, on the right and left, we also see iPhones... in white!

HQ version.

Additional info on what we are seeing:
- iPhones with 30-pins dock connector
- Definitely iPhone 5-like design
- 4-inch display iPhones

So, what could we be seeing? Who knows... perhaps a prototype coloured iPhone 5 with the old 30-pins dock connector. ;)

why does color matter when you people will just slap a case on it and never take it off?

This isn't a future iPhone unless they're abandoning Lightning going back to a 30-pin connector. It's just a protective film.
