Sorry if this is a stupid question but I'm a bit of a dunce when it comes to phones. When you order a new phone through verizon it says the following:

This is a Global Device and can be used Internationally.
Will this device be used Internationally?
(International setup is subject to eligibility and can be completed at a later time. International setup is not required to place this order.)

Is there any reason to select "yes" if you don't currently have plans to travel outside the US? Am I able to change this if I end up traveling in the near future? I'd really appreciate it if somebody could let me know what exactly this entails.

Thanks
