iPhone 5s won't sync Safari & Calendar to iTunes?

Updated to Mavericks & 7.0.3 and I notice iTunes no longer shows the tab to choose what to sync (calendar & safari). I don't have an iCloud account (and I don't want to use that). Is there a new setting I need to do?

So after digging around it seems Apple has removed USB/WiFi sync for contacts, calendar, and safari? Total bummer. Any options outside of the cloud?
