iPhone 6: 4.7" 64GB & 5.5" 128GB max. storage?

I was wondering if Apple will differentiate the 5.5" by offering with it a higher 128GB storage. There's all these speculation and discussion on screen increases, but was wondering what else Apple would offer in the 5.5" and not in the 4.7" to justify its higher pricing?

Additionally, wireless charging on both and/or perhaps, offering more ram on the 5.5"?

There has been a rumors a few weeks ago about a 5.5 being the only one of the two that is going to get a 128GB model.

Wouldn't surprise me if 4.7 launches as a 16/32/64 model
and 5.5 a 32/64/128

It seems likely that the store capacity will be a factor that will make them different.

Only a couple more weeks to go to find out.

Some rumors have pointed to this, but then again, they're rumors.

Personally I'm coming round to thinking that there will be a 5.5" iPhone 6, I do think it will be the only model that will have 128GB tho. I'm not sure about wireless charging, Apple tend to take there time on that kind of technology and they may save it for the 6S. I do think there will be a higher pixel tho, maybe 720 or 1080.
