iPhone 6 (4,7") back rendering compared to iPhone 5s

According to all the leaks, i made a litte mockup of the back of the iPhone 6 compared to the iPhone 5s, dimensions are not accurate... I think it might look like this, haven't done the white or gold version yet but still it's nice to have a clean look at it

I think the back design will be the same, it's just the 3D printed mockups lack the top and bottom bits filled in?

Those thick lines look incredibly weird.

The thick lines makes the look a bit "off", it certainly not jony or apple style. It would be thin .

I quite agree, but it´s like for the 5s if you think about it, if you look at the top and bottom you don't understand why those black shapes ? Until you have the device in your hand, in 3d and then you understand why it's here. But maybe i'm wrong and thoses lines will never make it to the final version it reminds me the back of the htc one in a way

Agreed, the "lines" that are on the mock up models and leaks are simply the same design pretty much as the current 5s model but without the centre sections coloured to match. I wouldn't expect anything OTT from Apple they tend not to change the design that much, a curved rear so it's nicer/easier to hold and a larger screen will probably be it appearance wise.

IMO, looks terrible compared the 4/5 shape.

I really dont get it anymore - WHAT IS THE POINT of all these new iphone versions? What its going to come down to is that the ipad and the iphone are going to "collide" in functionality and size and before the consumer knows it they will have bought BOTH a new ipad and a new iphone and THEN realize that they actually are virtually the same size and DO THE SAME THING! Amazing....

overall it's nice but i really hate the thick plastic running across the back of the phone. and yes i know its for the antenna but still...

It would be good if they added more colours, it's also interesting that we haven't seen a leak of the 5.5" iPhone/Phablet, i'm wondering if this means it's not happening.

I'm looking forward to announcing the new iPhone, and hopefully the iWatch at the same event
