We need one iPhone 6 and one 6 Plus. Both need to be 32GB. We are not frequent up graders, but might be if given the chance. We are currently on Verizon's more everything plan and are not under contract. We use 2GB of data per month.

Verizon dies not have much information that would allow me to figure out which approach is best. Can anyone help?

32GB is not an option. 16/64/128 are the options. You would pay about $80/month for the two phones via edge with a $10 discount on each line based on your plan of 2GB. OR you could pay the subsidized price up front and save yourself the $60 you would add on to each bill.
