iPhone 6 60fps video question.

When I record on 60fps on my iPhone 6, it looks beautiful.
When I upload it online, or send it to a lower model phone, it looks like normal video.

Why is that?
 
Upload it online as in YouTube? YouTube plays back at max 30fps in my experience. Try Vimeo.
