I use the Seidio Surface Holster with the Apple Leather Case for my 6 plus, which has worked well for the last 6 months. Here is a link for a previous thread that shows the combination. https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/1787250/

The Seidio Dilex and Seidio Surface are other options. Also, the Seidio Dilex holster will work with the Incipio DualPro, Magpul and Speck Candyshell Grip.
