Iphone 6 and 6 plus screen protector question

So on my phones I need to have a screen protector cause my OCD about scratches is unreal. So my question is, did apple do anything different with these new iphones screens? Or are they the same gorilla glass (that still scratches pretty easy) that apple used in the 5 and 5s? Also what screen protectors do you all use, I usually go zagg invisible shield hdx.

I was thinking the Zagg Glass... but not sure how big the difference in feel/look actually is compared to the HDX... Never seen them side by side
