Iphone 6 and + in landscape?

I like the idea of landscape mode on iphone 6 but have now been an owner of 6+ for 4-5 months.

How many apps besides some of apples own uses the landscape mode?! I find myself turning and turning the 6+ ...not even password keypad for opening the phone does landscape... Come on apple! And app developers!

I jailbroke my 6 and can rotate just as the 6+ does natively with dual pane (mail, settings, texts etc) the tweak also allows you to rotate home screen and lock screen. Called RotatePlus (in Cydia) for those interested.

Exactly. As a developer myself, its a pretty easy thing to implement. I wish more apps used it, but I don't think its the way apple should have optimized for phablet size. I feel like the big screen is only useful for the web and videos.
