iPhone 6 app stuck on waiting

Hey everyone,

I have a iPhone 6 and iPad 3, on the same iCloud account. Both were completely fine up until about two weeks ago when I realized I could no longer download apps on either device. When I try, they always get stuck on or waiting or make no progress at all. If I connect either device to iTunes, apps can be downloaded straight to the device with no issues. I reset the iPad and connected it to my iCloud account again, and I am still experiencing this issue. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Its unusual for this to be constant but I have seen this from time to time. If you see the empty icon with waiting, tap it and it should either change to loading or paused. If it goes to paused, tap again and it will hopefully go to loading. This doesn't always work but certainly worth trying.
