iPhone 6+ Apps "flickering"/quitting

Has anyone else experienced issues with apps such as Facebook, The Weather Channel, etc. "flickering" (initially opening then the screen goes black/blank before finally opening) upon starting the app(s)? I've also had some just stop working and close while opened???

Is this just part of the normal transition to iOS8 or possibly issues with the 6+?

Yep, I'm having this issue as well. The worst app so far seems to be Speedtest. I'm guessing we will just have to wait for the apps to be updated.
