iPhone 6 Battery Charging

Just upgraded from an iPhone 4S to a 128gb gold iPhone 6. Haven't had a new phone in a long time. Is it best to let the battery drain first then charge it or does it not matter? Sorry for the dumb question, haha!

does not matter

these are not the old Ni-Cad batteries
