Anyone else experiencing this? I've restored my phone and it's made absolutely no difference. When I'm using my phone I can see the battery drop like a bomb, never experienced anything this bad before.

Is your signal weak?

What are the top apps listed in batt. usage?

Safari 30%
snapchat 25%
Home & Lockscreen 10%

28% battery left. 5 hrs use even though this goes up when all my apps are closed.I never had these problems before iOS 8.3 or 8.2. Restoring should have helped but it's done nothing, if anything, it's made it worse.

Did you restore loading the back up again, or setting the phone as a new one?

Back up, I can't afford to spend hours sorting out my phone again.

I would recommend restoring as a new phone, this is the only way to be sure that the problem is happening on a stock system and not being brought back in with the backup.

Someone said resetting settings helped them so i could try that.

Give a look at the GPS settings, as I told you before. Especially the system services.

Checked all that, set it so the never use location services or for the ones i need, only when using app. Made no difference.

In that case your phone must discharge within 2 hours of a full recharge, which means there is some serious defect in your battery and you must visit Apple. Fortunately, since your phone is within the warranty period they will change your battery no worries.

Usually right after restoring iphone discharges battery faster than normal. You need to wait at least a day.

Had this problem before. Have you ever tried to check if there's anything in the port? I cleaned out some dog hair and apparently they somehow short-circuited the lightning port.
