Hello...

Another problem with iPhone 6...

I don't check this setting very often, so I don't know how long this has been going on. I just noticed today that the battery usage data on my phone is completely missing. It just says "Battery information wil be available after using iPhone for a few minutes." But it doesn't show up. I have iOS 9.3.2. The problem is not occurring on my iPads, just this phone. I have tried closing all apps by swiping up and shutting off the phone with the sleep/wake button and starting it back up again. I've done that several times, it hasn't helped.

I have just checked my Diagnostics and there are many, many entries there as well and sad to say, they all look like crash reports. I'm just going to spend a few minutes looking to see what else is going on with this device. From what I can tell, it is crashing on backup as well, I couldn't load any backups.

OK, editing...

I just happened to find an issue with backing up to iCloud over wifi. A lot of the crashes were related to backups. When I tried to load the last backup, I would get "unknown" or none. When I signed into my apple ID on my computer, it showed the last backup of this phone having been done yesterday. I tried signing into my Apple ID from the phone, and it was still not finding any backups. I am running a backup now manually, and I think I had better save one to the hard drive on my computer as well.

Oh...the battery usage data did come back.

I'm not sure how long this backup is going to take, since it is likely that there perhaps has not been a proper one done that this phone would be able to retrieve. Nice to have these backups taking up my iCloud data...:(
